Chef'n sent me a poacher/egg separator to check, not an apple corer. The package includes a separator so you can separate the egg white from the yolk without breaking the yolk. There are two plastic cups for "poached" eggs. Of course, real poached eggs are when you dip a raw egg in boiling water. In this case, crack an egg in a plastic cup, place the cups in boiling water, and boil the egg in the cup. You turn the cup over to get the egg out. They are very suitable for making healthy eggs.
