Wow, this little one looks GREAT on my stove top! It also whistles nicely. But the whistle is due only to a small cap (seen in the photo with a ring) that goes on the spout. Big. Only when you pour hot water it doesn't come out until you remove the cap. Oh, and if you're pouring hot water, be sure to have a hot water stand handy as the handle is too hot to touch! Wouldn't buy again but I work with him.
