Okay, I used all possible fasteners. vent mounts. Cup holder mounts. dashboard mounts. They all suck for one reason or another. If you've used them, you'll know why. If you have any flat touches (I put faux wood over the carbon fiber look panels on mine) they stick like any command tape. I'll probably be able to take it off someday, although there's no pull tab (I'll rely on a heat gun). I can't vouch for how they work with a textured finish, and I'm deducting a star for not leaving a tab to facilitate later removal (command tape standard practice). However, they are solid performers if you have the space to field them.
