I am very happy with these bottles, I mainly use them for pepper sauce and oil but I am sure there are many other uses if you are making sauces. Each bottle comes with a screw cap and a trimmed tip. With thicker liquids like oil, I often start with a smaller cut, and if in the future I need to use the bottle for a different purpose with a liquid that is less likely to flow, I can always cut the hole wider. You can't do the opposite, so my strategy with things like this has always been to cut them smaller and then trim them as needed. connected with a highly flexible plastic connector. This way you'll never lose the cap because even if you take it off, it just hangs on the side and is easy to put back on when you're done using the bottle. Keep in mind that these bottles are large and are likely to be more expensive at Revain than if you were to buy from a restaurant supply store. But they're very handy, and since you probably won't need to buy a big pack of 20, I don't actually mind paying a small premium and getting enough to use around the house.
