I have nothing but issues with this product . It did what it was supposed to do, about 20% of the time with decent quality. Most of the time I had to disconnect and reconnect the wireless to get it working, as well as reconnect the wireless by pressing the reconnect button on each device. If you want a good wireless transceiver, spend the extra $100 and buy another brand. This is a toy compared to other devices. The customer was fine but often delayed the issue and for a replacement they ask you to send it back and they will replace but that means a couple of weeks without a unit. It looks like the customer service was from another country so that was a mistake too. After investing in a better device, I asked them if I could send it back to them so they could test it and fix problems in future devices. They said don't worry. Kind of tells you what they think about improving their products and services. Stay away from this product.
