It was no easy joke to install and maintain. I tried using the given IP and it didn't work. I called Home User Support and I think I found the guy who is in charge of ordering coffee and arranging happy hour. He seemed surprised to get the call and was genuinely puzzled by my problem. His advice was to drop him and he would stay on the line, he hung up. I tried calling again but got stuck in a loop. If you're a techie, this isn't the hotspot you need. Your help was useless and I had to figure it out myself and it's definitely not set up properly. It works fine but I can't change the password or do anything else. If you're a regular homeowner, don't buy this one. I also have one from Ubiquiti which was so easy and straightforward. I had to get myself a second such type.
