I love that the product works fantastic, is comfortable and feels like it has never been used. But that may be due to my accidental reading on my part, but I think it should be bold somewhere that it doesn't come with an RCA adapter or splitters. Had to buy online for an extra $20. However, the service was great, they offered me a $20 refund for the cost of the cables, which I was surprised and happy to hear as my budget was so limited due to the corona virus. Just thought I might buy a headset since we're all at home doing nothing all day.
