Runs very well, grip in the pool is no better than most other water shoes
I was so excited! You've gotten great reviews. I WALK in the pool. And I did it barefoot until my feet started to hurt a little. So I got them because of the many reviews saying they had great traction. They have almost the same traction as a pair of water boots you bought at a local hobby store for less than half the price. It doesn't help that they're HUGE. I wear a size 8.5 and bought a size 8 - a good two inches longer than my own foot. They are ok, not spectacular but comfortable. However, they don't offer great traction in the pool.
