1. The pressure is not sufficient for anything2. When you press the plates down they twist causing the parchment paper to tear causing if any product to leak out.and when you barley get anything to begin with you will be quite mad!3. After pressing with all your might you will notice the plates do not sit flat where your product is. 1side will have 1/16in gap compared to the side that is touching.plates should be flat with equal pressure to get a good squeezI looked at all the reviews of this product and wonder how did it get so many good reviews.first time ordering from this company i have no pre hatred.i just want everyone to know the truth behind this press.do not expect great things!
