I stumbled across these bikes when I was looking to order more Glob Mops 2.0. Glob mops have a much more consistent shape and produce more cotton. You'll get about 33% more benefit with Motyk tampons, but they're not as good as mops. That being said, Motyk tampons still clean my sticky sausage well, but I wish they had more absorption potential. I have included image comparisons between them.
