I liked everything about these coasters. All of the other kits I've bought have had issues of either not absorbing or falling apart quickly or the color was peeling. I just had bad luck with the coasters but they absorb liquid instead of collecting it. They have a great design that could fit into almost any environment and are easy to clean. I highly recommend. I liked mine so much that I bought two more to give as gifts.
