At $20.37 for 180 softgels, that makes $1.132 per 10,000 mg of CLA. NOW Foods CLA 800 mg contains 1,000 mg of safflower oil per softgel, of which 800 mg is CLA. It consists of 80% CLA. At $18.87 for 180 softgels, that makes $1,310 per 10,000 mg of CLA. Botanic Choice CLA Weight Loss Support contains 1000 mg safflower oil per softgel, of which 800 mg is CLA. It consists of 80% CLA. At $13.75 for 120 softgels, that makes $1,432 per 10,000 mg of CLA. Jarrow Formulas CLA 750 mg CLA contains 1,000 mg safflower oil per softgel, of which 750 mg is CLA. It consists of 75% CLA. At $9.87 for 90 softgels, that works out to $1,462 per 10,000 mg of CLA. PrimaFORCE Max CLA 1000 mg contains 1000 mg safflower oil per capsule, of which 700 mg is CLA. It's 70% CLA. At $15.19 for 180 capsules, that's $1,206 per 10,000 mg of CLA. Assuming these prices stay the same, MRM is slightly cheaper than NOW Foods. Botanic Choice is probably not that good, partly because of their price but also because they add food coloring (titanium dioxide) which is totally unnecessary. Jarrow Formulas and PrimaFORCE Max are probably not as good, partly because of their price but more because their %CLA is below the industry standard of 80%. Unwanted fatty acids, which make up the remaining 20-30%, definitely cause weight gain and are also very likely to increase the risk of cancer death.
