I love how easy it allows me to keep track of my patients all in one place! It helps with compliance reminders as well which has been helpful when talking about treatment plans or upcoming appointments at home visits (which are always hard!). The program sometimes freezes up while you're trying too do something- not sure if its just our computer but there's nothing wrong w/the product itself so we haven't really had issues yet. Other than what i said above this app works great!! Very simple & user friendly - no problems here :) Keeps us organized & keeps everything together easily. We have used other services before where they were like "oh yea don't worry! If your phone dies then call customer service!". Not true anymore. You cannot depend upon having access to email during business hours either :). This makes keeping notes much easier because now instead of copying down info from paper charts.
