Review on Thermometer Hevanto Grilling Detachable Backlight by Jaime Thomas

Overall I like this meat thermometer. There is a long probe that can be used without burning yourself, which I really liked. Reading is also fast and with great accuracy. I can also use the hold button to hold the temperature after using the food probe so I don't have to leave the meter in my food. The thermometer is easy to read and can be hung up and stored. This is a very useful and excellent gadget to keep in any kitchen.
