This product is difficult to assemble due to additional elements for the sorbet which are said not to be in the original instructions. There's a quick start and a bigger build, and everything in between doesn't seem quite right or incompatible. Okay, I'm stupid, I can't collect. Let me call their support. They are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm CST. I'll call her at 1:00pm CST. They tell me it's closed. Lunch break? Closed forever? I do not know. If you read the manual they only recommend fruits and veggies with high water content, like apples or pears, but 1) Soak carrots before juicing as hard fruits and veggies can put undue stress on the motor and cause it to stall. Remember this is not a centrifugal juicer. 2) Soak fibrous vegetables in cold water for 30 minutes before chopping. 3) Ingredients with small seeds should be added slowly and it has blueberry picture on it. If you're willing to do anything, I'm sure a working juicer would be great. And look out for the little raspberry seeds. Place only a few blueberries at a time. It's such an expensive service. This product is too expensive and complex not to have a fully featured support number.
