The juicer lasted 22 months before the plastic parts started to break. First the base ring which I attached with super glue and zip ties. Now the top cover of the juicer where the latches hold the cover to the body. I don't see any simple solution to this problem. It also clogs easily when juicing celery, ginger, and fibrous vegetables. I use a small stainless steel brush to clean a clogged strainer.

I love this cold pressed juicer. Everything in the box was labeled and numbered to make it easier for me to assemble each part. I have done extensive research on several cold press juicers on the market. Omega was close, but the price was a deal breaker. This is truly the quietest juicer I have ever owned. I recommend you buy this and you can't beat the 10 year guarantee.

I had this juicer for 10 months and it worked great until a cheap part broke. Kuvings replaced the part for free and I was great. But now it's 5 months later and it just doesn't work. Also, when juicing apples, the pulp stays in the top container, and there are bits in the juice itself. It's a painful process and I spend way too much time scrubbing the pulp and cleaning the parts for a glass of juice. It was expensive and definitely not worth it.

I used to have an Omega brand juicer and the chute was so small I had to cut everything into small pieces. It was a lot of work so I bought this big juicer and now I can cut a small apple in half. This juicer is a bit tricky with carrots and beets. I think the instructions recommend soaking hard vegetables in water before juicing, but who has time for that? This product is difficult to assemble due to additional elements for the sorbet which are said not to be in the original instructions. There's a quick start and a bigger build, and everything in between doesn't seem quite right or incompatible. Okay, I'm stupid, I can't collect. Let me call their support.
