Five Star was not just my favorite consultant on Amazon, I also felt like they genuinely cared about my success and the future success of my business. They never stopped showing up (even over the holidays!). They came prepared and they just plain fun to talk shop with. The services weren't always the cheapest but we got them and they were great! No one else really does that. If you're wanting to grow a business or have existing sellers looking to make adjustments or grow your business you should be speaking with 5 star. They are always willing to help and very transparent. As long as they are happy to earn the money, it doesn't really matter to me. I'm not worried that anything will come up later on. 5 Star has been the best for me. I like that they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help. They are very good at communicating with me and my team. They are very organized and always have a plan of attack. I wish they had more resources. I wish they had more people to help us with some of the more complex problems. I am solving problems that are specific to my business. I am solving problems that are not solved by other consultants.
