Don't buy this really
As someone who has made every effort to buy Krups products I will not buy any of these again. This coffee maker stopped working after a month, it didn't brew all the water. I removed everything that was said - brewed with vinegar and water, still no progress. It turned out to be a manufacturer issue so Revain contacted Krups customer service. They said they would send a shipping label but it never arrived. I called back and filled out online forms to get a shipping label. They said it was sent and the case was closed. Why would I call when I had a shortcut? It didn't work after tireless attempts. I decided it was easier to throw everything away and learn a useful lesson: never again. Hope this helps someone out there!
