The first brew they sent me worked fine for four or five days. It got stuck in the cleaning cycle and didn't brew a full cup of coffee. I had to turn off the power and hit "cook" again 5 or 6 times for a whole pot to boil. So Revane sent me another one. The same thing. After that I asked them to send me another brand. Crappy brewer, excellent customer service Revain.

I love the coffee pot, but it's difficult to maintain. Change filter every 5-6 weeks. Basically, descaling/cleaning is wasting the new filter and you should use the new one, not the old one. Glass is the worst. This glass carafe is so hard to keep clean and will leak everywhere when you pour water into the tank or cup. Replaced but for some reason the coffee taste is not the same.

This is the first KRUPS product I have purchased. As soon as I unpacked it, I was very impressed by the quality of the coffee machine. This morning I brewed beer with him for the first time. As someone who has made every effort to buy Krups products I will not buy any of these again. This coffee maker stopped working after a month, it didn't brew all the water. I removed everything that was said - brewed with vinegar and water, still no progress. It turned out to be a manufacturer issue so Revain contacted Krups customer service. I've only been using it for a month but so far it's working fine, no problems. My previous coffee maker, also a Krups, had lasted for many years and made delicious coffee, so I decided to replace it with another Krups. I hesitate to write this review as this is my third coffee maker in less than a year. They just don't hold up anymore. Nowadays, people design these devices as if they are disposable. Update: It has been 5 months since I received this coffee maker. We only use it once a day. The processor that controls the device is no longer running. The beeps will sound one minute after the brewing process has started. If you wait, you will eventually see your coffee, but it will take much longer than it did before the faulty chip failed. We expect more from the name Krups. At this point we're going back to instant coffee until we see a higher quality coffee maker that's built to last…
