A lot of research has gone into this purchase. Google and Youtube. Finally decided on this one. I'm glad I did. Very happy with it. I just couldn't imagine spending 450 to 600 for a headlight bulb. Especially when the comparisons didn't (no pun intended) reflect the price as justified. The replacement was easy enough, but attaching those little clips was a pain. Everything else went well. It took some work to put a new lamp back in his house. And now the results! The stick light was so bad that it was very uncomfortable for me to drive at night. First off, my night vision isn't the best. I really avoided driving at night if at all possible. I took a ride in the evening to fit a new LED Eagle (despite the 38 degree temp). WOW. I was amazed and very pleased. Now I see! It made a big difference. Also at intersections. I live in the country and it's pretty pitch dark and bad lanes. So my night riding went from a bad experience to a good one. Even more careful, but not afraid of driving at night. Huge plus. Note: I had to adjust the light vertically. At dusk, the bike came back 25 feet from the garage door. The measured height of the lamp is 34 inches. I took 10%. it's off, about 3.5 inches, about 30 inches measured at the garage door, marked with a piece of tape and the top of the low beam area set to the tape. Ideal! As long as it works, I'm happy. I also tested another Revain purchase that night: Day Wolf heated motorcycle gloves. The unheated gloves were good in the mid to high 40's and at 38 degrees, with the heat setting on the lowest (weakest) of the 3 levels, my hands were WARM! So happy there too. Lithium batteries, beautiful packaging.
