I like this set because it looks great, a very strong leash and a very comfortable collar. Before that I bought thinner collars with plastic buckles which my dog used for a year. Both were much lighter than this metal collar. At first I was worried it might be uncomfortable but my dog liked wearing it so I kept it to myself. The choker (mine is black and rose gold) is chic enough to look cute and we got a few compliments on it! My favorite part is the leash. It's longer than other sets I have and thicker which makes it durable. I hang my dog's water bottle and poop bag holder on a leash with a clip. The leash has held up so far and is very good. The only downside is that sometimes the buckle can't sit properly if you're not careful with it. With plastic buckles, I could blind press and they clicked. I have to be careful what I do, otherwise it won't fit properly and is either difficult to remove or it will unhook itself. We always use a harness and the collar is just for his dog tags so I'm not worried about him coming off on his own if he doesn't fit properly. UPDATE: Months later he's still going strong!
