So easy to install, works great!

So I took it out of its protective plastic wrap, dropped it into the chair base and mounted the chair upon it. Works perfectly! Except that removing the old one from the base was a royal.pain, but that was solved by a heavily-muscled guy at the local tire shop. He did the work out of view but I imagine a large hammer was involved. For the record, this is an upholstered office chair I got from Staples.
