I have several migraine hats. This one is the best looking and could be comfortable except is quite heavy and bothered my neck. It’s awkward to me to remove and replace each individual pack. When I removed a few packs to decrease the weight, I didn’t get the full benefit of cooling me head where I needed. Too much fumbling for me. I really like the style, though despite my particular misgivings. I’m sure it will work well for people who don’t have puny necks.
