The MasterSolution's approach to solving problems in our industry has been extremely successful for us so far! We work with them not just as a vendor but also as an equal partnership/employees at all levels including CEO; this helps create transparency throughout the process which really makes for great partnerships. They have done wonders taking over projects that were very complex. Our staff has confidence knowing they are being trained by experts from other industries to do such wonderful things with Sage Software. Nothing yet - It still takes time to get used to using new software (not familiar). I recommend working alongside their team if you want success because it will be your partner rather than supplier during implementation. This was key when implementing SAP Business One within my organization where I needed support and guidance through this transformation project while having no prior experience running SAP or any related system before now. In fact, they took me under MasterSolve has been a great partner for us. They are always open to ideas and suggestions, and have a very flexible approach to working with us. They have a great team and are very responsive to our needs. I've enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a partner that is willing to work with you to find the best solution. They have helped us with a number of projects, including a data migration and a cloud migration.
