Aside from the obvious color difference to the OEM tail lift legs (silver arm extension vs black), the main difference is the lightness. When you use them to open a door, you have to manually lift them a few inches before they lock and lift. One day they will be resurrected. The power is stronger than OEM. So overall ok. Pay a few bucks more to get racks that match the OEM promotion that starts the moment you open the tail lift and runs smoothly the whole time. Not a complicated setup but also a bit technical so not worth returning in my opinion. Have a stick ready that is big and strong enough to hold the tail lift on one leg while you put the other on to avoid hitting your head with the tail lift.
