I was surprised at the size, it was bigger than I was expecting, but not in a bad way. The organizer looks exactly as pictured and I like that the AM and PM sides both detach from the base to make them easier to take on-the-go. The button is taking some getting used to, as I'm used to pulling up a lid for each day, but I do like that feature of this medicine organizer, plus there's ample room in each slot. All in all, if you take numerous medications, this is a great option.
