The UI is very intuitive, easy to use for people with no IT background.The reporting features are also great!I have used this product at different times from my work days as an analyst, but I think it has really improved since then.It's been around a long time so they've got some great legacy support too. It can be slow when sending large amounts of reports through our BI platform, however, that could just be due to how we set up those connections. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful than this is your tool.We were able to create custom dashboards within minutes without any coding or technical knowledge. This allows us to gather insights faster than ever before. We have been able to reduce response time drastically by creating dynamic views/dashboards.If there was anything i disliked about this software it would be the inability to export into other formats like CSV.
