The seal is not sealed with silicone on both sides. Pay special attention to the corners.

Gasket will not seal without silicone on both sides. Pay special attention to the corners. I had to lower the pan to fit it over the gasket, but the gasket is only a one-piece upgrade considering the original was two pieces. Good price $
