Great for losing weight Responsibility
I like this scale. I actually bought this scale in a "deal of the day" impulse buy. I am currently on a weight loss program with my doctor and she uses something similar in her office when I go for monthly checkups. When I saw this I thought it would be nice to be able to follow me weekly between my visits to her. I've compared the data on this scale to my doctor's and it's very comparable, so I'm impressed. Super easy to set up and use. Definitely a motivator and a way to change the rules of the game.
