I like that the mesh is very thin. I don't like that the rim is crooked on one side and doesn't fit with the other side when closing the tea ball. This bug causes loose leaf tea to slip into your cup or teapot. I would have sent it back if I hadn't thrown away the packaging until the tea ball was used. If you buy, please keep the packaging until you try to make sure the problem doesn't happen again during production. What I also don't like is the clasp at the end of the chair which is meant to secure your tea ball so it can be easily removed from the boiling hot water before drinking tea. It's so small it won't snap onto a mug, jug, or teapot. Until I can find a larger hook to replace the one provided, I use a rubber band to secure the end of the chain to the container while I brew the tea.
