Sofar is so good at spare parts

Easy to install but be careful the tab can break pretty easily. It still installed fine and I haven't downgraded the star rating by admitting a mistake, but be careful. ALSO! The RESISTOR sold here should also be replaced if your motor fails but BEWARE the one I bought WILL NOT FIT even though my claim is listed as gtg. MAKE SURE you have the correct part. I don't like having to change the brackets or the order.

Pros
