Beware, poor packaging that causes problems.
I like the enclosed seal on the frame. Two people are required for installation. Will not work when replacing an existing window with a larger cutout than specified in the installation guide. Poor packaging resulted in damage to the pre-installed window seal. This required the purchase of butyl tape for assembly.
