Not worth the money spent

Bought this license plate cover for my Automotive vehicle but was extremely disappointed. As my tests showed, the cover was not rattle proof at all. The constant noise coming FROM the plate was unbearable... Although it was advertised as rust and weather proof, it was already starting to crack after just a few weeks of use, which was frustrating..
