The clamp looks compact and fits most exhaust pipes. The finish looks nice but I'm not sure the silver plating will last long. The clip came in a clear bag and shipping box. Not packed in the original box. Not sure what they were. I recommend adding a lock nut to the threads when attaching the clamp to the pipe. It can unscrew itself in case of exhaust vibration.
