I found the support team very helpful. They guided me through the entire process and helped me in choosing the right tool. It was very easy to configure and set up. The tool is fairly priced and offers a lot of customization. It has a wide range of features that are useful in business. There is no room for customization. It is a little pricey but the support team is very helpful. I would say it is good for small and medium size organizations. I am solving the issue of customer data management and organization.
