Good for a few weeks. Possible choking hazard

My cat has been wearing this since it arrived a few weeks ago until somehow she solved it yesterday. She made a horrible noise before I ran to look for her so she could get caught on something or eat part of her. It was pretty worn. Very sweet but not for long
