The system is easy to set up and easy to use. The ability to have the same customers always using the system is great. We have had an issue with the software not working properly on one of our clients' computers. We immediately contacted Autodship and were able to have the problem solved the next day. Autodship is easy to use and has helped us immensely. We are able to provide our customers with the best service possible. We are able to send our customers information on their orders, ship dates, and the status of their orders.
