I GOT CO-Z 5 in 1 12" x 15" Heat Press 360 Degrees Rotary Heat Press Multifunctional Sublimation Combination Machine July 21, 2018 and working since 02/21/19. Beeped three times and switched off, won't turn on anymore. As this is a Revain fulfilled product I figured I would have no problem with a return if required - I also purchased Asurion insurance - after speaking to a Revain rep which I could barely hear , I was told I could return it. "And is there anything else I can help you with - I should have asked that now when she explained checking my email for a refund label. Refund not for the total amount I paid and I still dont understand this insurance i bought revain did what i should be looking for - revain agent - i did what she suggested and poor quality service and product is what i received this is unacceptable.
