Review on 🚲 BUCKLOS LUTU 26/27.5/29 Air MTB Suspension Fork: Adjustable Rebound, Travel 120mm, Lockout. by Kenny Davey

Compared to the huge coil spring Zoom shock that came with the bike, this Lutu shock is awesome! This has reduced the overall weight of the bike by about 3 pounds, and the ride quality is so much better it feels like riding a completely different (and better) bike. It's fully adjustable, including recoil adjustment, which isn't common in this price range. The lock works flawlessly, just enough movement to absorb small bumps. I don't have a scale to weigh it, but it's very light. About 3 pounds lighter than the shock it replaced. I can't say anything about durability. I've only ridden it about 100km on light grass. Again, this can be a problem as air shocks require periodic maintenance and this maintenance often requires the replacement of seals that may not be available for these shocks. Service, but this service costs between $100 and $200, which can be more than the price of this shock. If that shock blows up I'll probably buy a Fox and by then I'll probably have upgraded the whole bike to something better suited to a $500 fork. I find this fork to be a great temporary solution to learning why an expensive fork is useful and learning how to ride a better mountain bike.
