Excellent value for money. Installation was very easy if you have basic electrical knowledge. They can be installed without understanding electricity as long as the power is off. They are very inconspicuous and only take up about 1/2. Select enough line to place the J-Box where you want it (ideally in the center of the ceiling tile if you have a false ceiling). I had problems with the screws in the case which caused the light not to seat. flush with tile after using a 6 inch hole saw. I had to place the light against the tile to cut out where the screws should have been so it would sit flush. Otherwise really no problem. Just be aware that they require attention when using a hole saw.
