I bought these Mizunos because the brand has a good reputation. I don't know why now. These shoes, at least in this design, are junk. After wearing them twice I found that I couldn't wear them long distances, they pinched on the balls of my feet and frayed a bit on the heels. In addition, the legs in them are very hot, they do not breathe at all. Frustrating, but still usable for activities other than long-distance running. After wearing them about a dozen times, mostly just for walking, I found that the rubber toes not only separated from the cloth shoes, but split down the middle. Ridiculous. Do not buy.
