I purchased all 15 Series 2 minifigures but did not receive these. I have 2 Spartans but this cop is not. I recently bought it from Amazon. There's nothing here to surprise you in terms of character design. The design is interesting now that we're all here. The face has a grin that reads "Gotcha" with a gradient in the lenses giving it a slightly exaggerated sense of reality. The uniform is particularly nice, with a badge, walkie-talkie, abundance of buttons, belt, belt buckle, and little pockets for (I think) tic-tacs. Or ammunition. However. There are no embellishments on the legs, but the torso is also white jersey, meaning he wears more clothing than many other characters you'll own. So give a point for what you can do with the paint. The accessories are what really sells this figure. Sure, the helmet's good, but this guy's got a ticket and handcuffs. The speeding ticket reads "Highway Patrol Speeding Ticket" and is almost impossible for mere mortals to read. I think that tells you how good your eyesight must be if you can read this. It's even signed, which is nice. A pair of handcuffs completes the set and you can attach them to almost any two-handed LEGO figure. The plastic feels like softer PVC which is what you want. There is a bit of recoil so hopefully they don't break while playing. The whole set is decent but I wouldn't advise paying too much for it unless you really need a LEGO Speeding Ticket. Goggles (not included), speeding tickets and a set of handcuffs. He wears large sunglasses (printed on his headdress). An additional set of handcuffs is included. Nice minifigure (my favorite from series 2)
