I reduced uptime after one session

This product does what it promises. I am a professional boxer, personal trainer and athletic trainer. I run 4 miles a day. In just one workout, I cut my 4 mile run from 32 minutes to 30 minutes, and a few weeks later I was running 6:54 a mile on my 4 mile run. Resistance bands are great, they don't fall off like some of the cheap ones I've tried before. They make your legs feel light (fast) so I get tired before my legs get tired. That's the best way I can explain it to myself. Now I can promote my workout (I can make you faster after one session). I always test products on myself before working with clients. This is by far my favorite athletic training product and yes, it's great for personal training with side walks and monster walks. Clients no longer join groups. I also bought a 3 piece set twice. Now I have 4 around my hips and 6 around my ankle. I will buy more.
