They were very weak and broke immediately

They were very weak and broke immediately. I'm not a musclehead or anything, but unless you're just using it for the first time I wouldn't recommend it.

Works well so far

Bought for a 9 year old son so we can work on speed/agility in the off season. There are two sets of bands, each offering more resistance than the other, and so far the lighter one works best for him. Great price for a really high quality product.

Waste of time training speed and agility

It's a trick. I tried running in them and the only effect they had was that the exercises were uncomfortable. I had high hopes after reading the reviews and learning that Johan Blake had used it. After trying them, I can say that not a single professional athlete would use them in their program. Returned immediately. Save time and check out the isometric machine or sled train.

I reduced uptime after one session

This product does what it promises. I am a professional boxer, personal trainer and athletic trainer. I run 4 miles a day. In just one workout, I cut my 4 mile run from 32 minutes to 30 minutes, and a few weeks later I was running 6:54 a mile on my 4 mile run. Resistance bands are great, they don't fall off like some of the cheap ones I've tried before. They make your legs feel light (fast) so I get tired before my legs get tired.
