Packaged together in one impossible knot

Could be a good product but we will never know since they were carelessly packaged together and have now twisted themselves into an impossible knot. I’ve used two sets of jewelry pliers and an hour of my time to try to separate them these are going back.

This is a great product!! It makes me feel much safer.
