It's as shiny as 100% viscose

This felt is advertised as part of wool. It has no fur. It is as shiny as 100% viscose. If wool is present, it will be soft to the touch and not shiny. It was nice and well packaged, probably for kids crafts. Not recommended if you want quality felt.
