A cheap tool that broke on the first lap.

This spreader broke on the first turn! It can't be that this tool was made of hardened steel. As you can see from the photos, this spreader has cracks at the base and the steel has not been heat treated. The bit is built into the socket and the blade sits flush with the top so it broke at its weakest point. I've ordered another one from another seller on Revain and I really hope it's the quality they advertise. If the new one breaks, I'll break down and buy a more expensive spreader. I will update this soon.
