In the last two years I have bought three of these as gifts for family cooks. I found mine at a thrift store on a whim and after using them in various dishes and recipes I knew I had to get something for my family. The processing quality is excellent and the design is ingenious. You can take hot food, pop it straight into the unit, and start chopping without waiting for it to cool or burning your fingers with forks or hand choppers. Dishwasher safe and still very durable. I've used mine countless times, probably twice a week and sometimes more.
