It looks like the top USB-C port is not powered.

For some reason this is preventing me from connecting my Apple Display (connected from Mini DisplayPort to USB-C adapter) to the top USB-C port. It shouldn't be necessary to transfer much power through this so I'm a little confused as to why that is, but now it renders it utterly useless to me. I assume there is no power on that connector?
