Review on MANTUOLE Heating Portable 27X20Inch Cushion by Amanda Edwardz

I bought this for our little chihuahua to have in her stroller on cold days. It arrived today and I plugged it into a USB charger. I set it to maximum and it's not very impressively warm at all. The warm area, if you can call it that, is only in the middle of the pillow, which actually suits me because it's small, but it doesn't heat up completely. If the wall charger's heat is so weak, I'm not optimistic because it's a USB-only port for the power bank. For €39 it's not worth it. I'll probably leave it on just because it doesn't heat up a bit and she still needs a stroller cushion. But I could get something so nondescript for a lot less.
